REFUND POLICY
Please email zima@lax.com with your order number and reason for requesting the return.
Returns for new, unused products are never a problem. Items must be returned, in their original packaging, with tags attached. If for some reason a return is received and can not be re-sold as a new item, the package will be returned to you. Returns must be received within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Once a return is received by our warehouse it can take up to 10 business days to process the return. Returns are not processed on Saturdays & Sundays. ZIMA is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items that we filled correctly and we do not refund the original shipping costs associated with your original order.
